All of SemiHardcore's add-ons had the same problem as SemiHardcore itself, so I had to fix them one by one.

- Changed the API version to 1.17 since SemiHardcore doesn't support anything older than 1.17.
- Fixed the plugin thinking the newest versions are unsupported.
