Figured since the plugin now has multiple streamer support and many more redeem types & improvements, it makes sense to name it 2.0

- Fixed Clutch Challenge not teleporting if you're in water
- Removed HARM and HEAL from the random potion effect selection
- Fixed bug where spawning a random entity didn't work
- Made it easier to escape a TNT Run sinkhole
