Players with permission mm.admin and OP can now see all the items listed in the menus without having specific permissions, but players still do need the permission(s) for each category and item.

Added a '/mem check' command to find the item in your hands model ID and name for easy config check or to see if the item is in the GUI or not. returns the item name and ID.
