Very nice plugin! Simple yet effective solution for cross-server user management (warns, mutes, kicks and (temp-)bans).

Plus a easy to use web-interface.
Keep in mind u need to host the webinterface by yourself, since the plugin doesnt do it for you locally.

The only downside i can think of is when Mojang servers are offline (for example with the Azure outage recently) it is not possible to login to the webinterface. But still, for this small amount of money it is worth every cent ;)
