Mobs Powers -----

Modify Mob's Stats, Hostile mobs are power-boosted, but also give you buffs for killing them

Version: 1.4.1
Excelente plugin, pero quisiera que tenga compatibilidad con versiones anteriores, por.ejemplo 1.17.1.

Version: 1.4.1
Sadly the Plugin seems to be abandoned and has a bad behavior for spawning mobs so its incompatible with every other plugin that modifies mob-health.

Version: 1.4.1
"1.20 Disable /fly in survival mode, delete plugin or disable powers in config helps " i agree with this comment. my server was having the same issue. Pls fix it, good plugin after all!

Version: 1.4.1
ONE OF THE GREATEST PLUGINS EVER.
Feature request tho, please add the silent modifier as like a percentage, so sometimes you could have a completely silent zombie or skeleton or spider sneak up on you, that would be pretty cool.

Version: 1.3.1
不错的插件!!!但是我需要一个creeper技能的限制,这样玩家就不会误食火药时而留下大坑。
Nice plugin !!! But I needed a limit to the creeper skill so that the player didn't accidentally eat gunpowder and leave a big hole.

Version: 1.3.1
1.20 Disable /fly in survival mode, delete plugin or disable powers in config helps

Version: 1.3.1
One of the best plugins ever made. No joke. It makes the game alot more difficult, its like your trying to survive your first night in Minecraft all over again. Its actually horrifying.

Version: 1.2
can you make plugin can edit effect for mob kill? .

Version: 1.1
Hello champion, I am currently using the plugin however I am having problems, it throws me the following error in the console, I have spigot 1.19.2

Author's response
Okay, I think I identified the issue. It should be just a minor bug in spawning one type of mob, that I assume should not have any effect on other mobs. So the plugin should still work just fine and be playable.
Let me know if there is something else.

Nonetheless, this bug should be fixed in future versions.

Version: 1.1
Any chance of paper support? I understand the plugin was made for spigot so probably not.
-
Author's response
I have no experience with paper, so First I want focus on finishing some of the features here.
Maybe then I'll take a look at Paper and see what I can do, but can't promise anything.

Seems to me like you're using Purpur/Paper instead of Spigot, under which this Plugin was made.

Version: 1.0
Please add a config to disable getting powers from mobs spawned from spawners! :3

Author's response
Done, in current version (1.2)

Version: 1.0
I also think that Minecraft's mobs are too easy in the late game they are not a thread if you have at least diamond armor.
So I think that this plugin is very useful and good to have in general to increase the difficulty, I will definitely use this in my server.

But my players might not like it the way it currently is, because some mobs just 1-2 hit you which is too OP in my opinion, and that's why there are the buffs that you get from killing mobs, but I think that doesn't really fit the theme of the game if you just have infinite resistance and strength.
That way the game is too easy again.

So to fix this you could make a config file where I can specify the speed and damage and health of any mob and also the effect buffs that you will get. I want this so that I can configure the damage values to be lower because I want to disable the effect buffs.

Also if you have the death reset set to true it will reset your stats, I think that is not ideal, it should reduce the scores not reset.

Anyways, thank you for making this plugin, I enjoy it the way it currently is. But you could make it better ;)

Author's response
Thanks, for the review. Opinions like this are the exact reason why I decided to post it in place like this.

I was already thinking about some of the features you've mentioned, but was unsure if I should commit to them. So I'll definitely consider something like disabling the effects entirely.

But for now, I'd like to remind you that this plugin works with easy/normal/hard difficulty settings, which basically means, that:
Easy- is like normal with extra steps (mostly similar damage but more health, speed)
Normal - is like harder hard
Hard - you could even call it Nightmare. Resistance II is needed if you want to somewhat survive the 20dmg hits. And even having it won't always save you.

So I can admit the base damage numbers might seem a little high, but that was to encourage creativity with using all the power-ups you've gotten to overcome the harder enemies.

Simply speaking, intention was to make the early game harder, with buffs, gradually making it more easy to deal with normal monsters, while still making the boss-like mobs a challenge.

Still, I'll try to implement what you were talking about in next weeks, as I do believe the best softwares (plugins in this case) are the most customizable ones. After all it's not for me to decide how others should have their 'fun'.
