Changes:
- Players that disconnect on the nether roof gets teleported under it in a safe area on reconnect
- If a player enters a portal that is linked to the nether roof, the destination portal gets destroyed and the player is teleported in a safe area under the roof
- In both the previous features a portal is generated near the player
