2.0 Update

ADDED

- Now Minions will keep its hunger after placing an old Minion.
- Now Spawner Minions will keep its mob choice after placing an old Minion.
- Spawner Minions now able to not spawn a mob if level is not enough.
- New config and lang fields for "WaitToPickUp" is added.

FIXED

- Fixed an error that cause Collector Minion to not collect an item.
- Minion will not picked up right after placing.
- Fixed an error that cause making instans actions on placing Minions.
- Fill GUI item on "skin_db" menu is fixed.
