Adds some better crafting recipes to the game!

- Added an alternative & cheaper Lodestone recipe

- Basic items requiring expensive or hard-to-obtain items to craft are lame.
- The vanilla recipe remains in-tact for those who love to waste valuable items to craft basic items.

- Added an alternative Recovery Compass recipe

- By the time you’re geared up enough to be raiding End Cities for Echo Shards, you probably won’t be using the Recovery Compass anymore anyway.
- The vanilla recipe remains in-tact for those who have a stockpile of Echo Shards.
