I don't gonna use your plugin (uk i'm developer too lol), but good job ! You should remove your statics to gain in performance, even minimal, and integrate in the constructor of your commands your main class, when you initialize your command, you add your main class :)

getCommand("supercommand").setExecutor(new class(this));

in ur command class:
myplugin myplugin;
public supercommand { this.myplugin = myplugin }

You should try not to call your config for each message you send, it consumes disk, especially if it's not on a server with SSD or NVME.
