Waypoints integration and restart fix
Cahngelog:
- Added optional integration with a Waypoints plugin (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/waypoints.66647/)

- Changed the way the Minimap works, it is now an offhand-only item
- Removed the crafting recipe due to it being obsolete now
