+ Added the option of executing one or multiple commands upon completion of a recipe on an altar. This can replace the result produced by the recipe or be executed in addition to it
+ Added a messages.yml file, which can be used to configure messages displayed to players
~ Changed internal configuration handling, to prevent certain issues such as default values being provided as altar-parameters even though they do not exist in the current configuration
