• Add support for HuskHomes v4;
• Add an error message when teleport failed;
• Rewrite config comments.

This version is only support HuskHomes v4 API, so older version of HuskHomes are not support.
If you are using v3, you can try `1.0.0` or update HuskHomes.
If you are update from 1.0.0, regen the `config.yml` can get a better config comments.
