Migrating from 1.7.x.x to 1.8.2.9:
- PageItem & KamiMenu no longer use generics (must remove <...> when using now)
- PageItem's constructor requires an ItemBuilder, you can wrap existing ItemStacks using new ItemBuilder(itemStack)
