v0.0.4: Both hands and bug fix
- Plugin now works for both main-hand and off-hand at one time
- Fixed flickering for effects like night vision and non working healing for health boost
- Effects are now removed from the player on quit
- Added tabcomplete for commands
- Other minor changes
- Updated default config.yml
