API update
This version have an experimental version of API, it will be better in the future. If you don't want to use API, you can use 1.9 version.
  1. Added EntityPickUpEvent and EntityDropEvent, you can handle them and cancel or change behavior if you want.
  2. Added ApiManager, now you can register your own protection.
