A lot of code refactoring, performance improve.

Enabled worlds:
Now you can edit where plugin should work.

Bugfix:
Now list of entities will reloaded with all another parameters, when you execute reload command.

This is a big update, and some things may not work, if you notice this - please say me. You also can use previous version, if any errors was found.

To update plugin, just put new version of plugin to plugins folder.
