Modular System Update

General:
* Module overview message on start (show installed modules)
* Config files will now only generated for the installed modules
* Improved performence when a player join the server to prevent TPS drops/lags/freezes
* Recode of the variable replace methods -> Make it easier for me to implement new variables!
* Re-structured classes & methods
* Removed world support (Will be re-implemented later)
* Updated to TTA 3.0 ( https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/api-title-tablist-actionbar-bossbar-holo-ping-glow-api-★-1-7-1-10-★-tta.19595/)
* Changed world time variable -> ("00" - "23")

Permissions:
* CTSNC.CHAT.Variables -> Allows you to use variables & color codes in the chat!

Messages:
* New: "Module Missing" message -> Show up if you try to use a cmd without the right module installed! ( Messages.yml)

CustomTags:
* New: Option to set the update time in ticks ( CustomTags.yml)

Tablist:
* Scrolling Tablist will no be activated if you set the point "Normal" to false! ( Tablist.yml)
* It will use the same text as the normal one
* You can use multiple lines!
* I recommend to not use '&l' / bold text, because it will look buggy
