This maintenance update includes the following additions:
- Minecraft 1.21.5 support
- ExecutableItems ranges & global disables
- Equippable components only partially being removed when rewrapping
- Armor attributes being empty causing no attributes at all with Armor Imitation
- Check permission when equipping armor through a dispenser
- Decrease left over NBT by a bunch when unwrapping
- No item name causing error
- Nexo item name not propagating correctly
- Wraps without permission property not being registered
