Took me forever to do lol but here's the kinks:
- /timepurge [number] [text]
ex: /timepurge 1 hour ( starts purge in given time )

- added constant effect giving during purge for people who join late

- added constant effect removal for players who leave during purge and return

- added more config options

-added on load cancel purge ( for when server is offline or restarts while purge is active )

- Must read and edit the config with your server info!
