- update required java version to 16
- required Minecraft version is now 1.17+
- push balance now every 5min into the database/sqlite file
- new config file (old config will be renamed to configOld.yml and the values must be transferred to the new config, the old values are ignored)
- the coins.yml file is replaced by coins.db (sqlite file)
- the topplayers are now saved as json in leaderboard.json instead yml in leaderboard.yml
- update notification can be disabled
