As of now, there are no planned updated or features for SimpleAnnouncer until later versions of Minecraft are released that affect the behaviour of my plugin.
If you have suggestions for SimpleAnnouncer features, feel free to open a conversation with me on Spigot, or open a GitHub issue, or lastly you can reply to the resource thread and I'll respond whenever possible.

/announcer setdelay command which allows you to edit your automated announcement cooldown in-game.
