About PlaceholderAPI
With PlaceholderAPI and SimpleAnnouncer, you can parse a specific prefix within your announcement messages for the player. For example: %player_name% will parse/display as the receiving player's name.
With the PlaceholderAPI author's latest update they removed colour parsing for all placeholders, however SimpleAnnouncer will manually parse any colours found in a placeholder, so there's nothing to worry about!
You don't need to install PlaceholderAPI to use SimpleAnnouncer, I have just decided to add it for those that may wish to use it. You can install the plugin separately here: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/placeholderapi.6245/.

- Improved message selection. It will now properly cycle through your messages as well as choose them randomly, then re-cycle all of them back into the queue shuffled.
- Added descriptions to commands for Bukkit, and other plugins to read via /help SimpleAnnouncer, etc.
