This update is per a user request to segregate the data so it's not all in config. I broke it out so regions are in regions.yml, item keys are in itemkeys.yml, messages are in messages.yml and config.yml is used for actual config settings.

Use /ik cfgconvert to update your legacy config to the new system after you backup your config.yml just to be safe.
