It seemed cool but I wasted my money. Everything is weirdly shaped and If you use geyser all bedrock players will see weird Steve heads and I constantly get my access blocked because of some IP issue my internet has.

Really good at what it's for - custom bosses.

A lot of effects to choose from, 126 effects and i think over 40 triggers, with super good customisability.

AdvancedPlugins as a whole are poorly made, low quality plugins. KEEP IN MIND, if you use geyser, the so called 'advanced' mobs, will be a bunch of steve heads walking around for your bedrock players. I also had the awful privilege of buying their 'AdvancedSeasons' plugin. Which was also a dumpster fire, messed up the weather in the world, night cycle broke... rain would start and stop repeatedly every 10 seconds. I requested a refund by paypal for both AdvancedSeasons and AdvancedMobs.. They refused to give me a refund despite explaining all my issues with their plugins. And i just now noticed that they revoked my access to AdvancedSeasons, which is the reason I'm leaving this feedback here.

It really goes to show how much of a scamartist 'AdvancedPlugins' as a whole are. Took my money, then revoked my access to the product i purchased... At the very least be a decent human and refund the money when a customer complains regarding the quality of the products you sell. I wasn't even planning on leaving bad reviews up until i saw they denied the refund request, and instead revoked my access to the plugin LOL. I will update this review if at any point they change their ways, or decide to refund my money, or give me back access to the plugin. But i highly doubt that will happen.


Also their support is non-existent, and their wiki hardly explains anything at all.. I don't ever write reviews... But this case is just too bad to let it slide... If i can save even just 1 server owner from wasting their money like i did... then at least the money i wasted will have some meaning. Deleted both their plugins about an hour after installing them.

tried 2 of their 'advanced' plugins, nothing but bugs, and slow support. Waited for almost a day and no one even bothered to claim the ticket i had made. ALSO keep in mind something that is not really mentioned. If you're using geyser, your players will be seeing a bunch of (literally) steve heads walking around. Aside from that the quality of their plugins in my opinion, is what you can expect from free plugins made by new-ish devs. Wasted my money. Deleted their plugins the next day.

Best plugin ever!

There are still plenty of issues on Github, and instead of it, the author is reposting the changelogs from the other plugins, which is really ridiculous. Is there some smelting in the AdvancedMobs? The exactly same changelog was added in AdvancedEnchantments.

It seems that you're just bumping the updates with your other plugins with non-existent things, like most of the updates aren't even requested on GitHub. And I guess in Discord tickets, neither, as Discord support always refers to Github issues.

So, instead of creating fake updates to bump the resource, it would be great if you could actually put effort into the real issues and maybe stop spamming the updates log with the updates that are not relevant to this plugin.

After my last review, the issues on Github aren't still being actively checked and instead of we're still getting these prob. fake updates that are meant to be in the other plugins, they just work as the bump. If you fix at least one real issue with this plugin & put it into the changelog to bump it, it would be better than bumping it with the changelogs from other plugins.

If random spawning is turned off, will mobs not spawn anywhere?
After turning it off, I no longer see mobs.
Will they spawn when I go to new chunk areas?
Turning on random spawning is not useful as beginners are killed by strong mobs.

Hey, still not reading the Github issues, tickets getting closed that issues should be report on github, but around 2w no response, I think it would be nice if it's regularly checked

Seems that author isn't reading it's github issues https://github.com/AdvancedPlugins/AdvancedMobs/issues and rather add or solve the things that aren't even reported / suggested somewhere. If I'm wrong correct me, but why is the latesst closed issue on github from October 2023 and Discord support redirects you on github? Where should we then report bugs & features that wouldn't be ignored?

I'll correct the review after the issues start getting fixed.

The plugin itself is great. However, the support is terrible, as indicated by the reviews below.

I wrote to support on February 26, 2024, and still no response to this day.

Conflicts with EliteMobs (which is a MUCH BETTER plugin) The "premium" price doesnt add in the "premium" mobs... This plugin was FREE just weeks ago... the mobs are "cute" but will Spawn an EliteMob with the skin of one of these mobs and then the mob doesnt drop the good stuff

Better to look some other alternatives and similiar plugins, but not this :) This creator is not what you want for long term plugins for yourself :) He will do everything he can to lie and make you look bad, he does not care about people at all, only thing he cares is money :P

It's fantastic, and what's even more incredible is that this plugin doesn't rely on resource packs at all. However, there's an issue: the plugin isn't compatible with Residence, and within Residence, there are creatures screaming continuously unless I enable the monster spawning flag.

Super easy to setup, and no resource packs needed!

It can handle mob spawners but I love that you have the ability to turn it off in settings.

Spawns in mobs just like vanilla and adds 22 mobs.

On top of that you can literally create mobs from scratch!

oh man. what a waste of money that was. it´s not to bad, for little kids. but these animals most of them are not animated and move like someone was pushing them. god that´s so ugly. I delete it again. get happy with my money

A very cool plugin to bring new mobs onto your server if you don't want resource packs. 10/10

Bought plugin, tweaked changed, bought a config / mob files to help me get started a few extra mobs. Soon realized that to add certain extra mobs you need another paid asset. Created a forum post with issues over a week and a half ago and have heard nothing back. Sad to say but the plugin overall is mid quality. It does introduce textured mobs into the game, but their functionality and ability to modify certain things such as spawn rates and things like is just a complete mess.

Would recommend any other paid Mobs plugin that isn't this one. You won't get what you're looking for, and you wont get much help either. Disappointing to be honest.

One of the most impressive plugins I've seen in a while. This plugin by default adds 20 mobs to interact with and even gives you the option of creating your own mobs! This makes it so your server stays the most fresh as if you're already using some future version of Minecraft with a lot of new content added that no other server even has! I guarantee your players will be entertained by this and will be left with a great impression!

I also really enjoy the recently added spawner levels, huge thanks to GC for continuously adding new content to the plugin to this day, I'm looking forward to the new updates very much!

I have to say I love all of GC plugins that I owned! This Dev make very good plugins and THEY DON'T LAG YOUR SERVER!! I know some of you are wondering why I'm giving it 3 stars.
1. 3/12/23 I open a ticket for help because I'm getting errors in the console during this 5 day wait I got 1 message back from a mod and still waiting. Today i downloaded the latest version and got a new error. I know people have busy lives to deal with besides being on Discord 24/7.
So I'm Taking 2 stars away for the support aspect.

It's not compatible with the worst plug-in model engine. Support doesn't even discharge properly.

This plugin offers so much to my server! The mobs are very detailed and high quality!

I love the fact you can Breed / Farm and even have them randomly spawn in certain biomes so it’s perfect for adding new Bosses / Harder mobs

Amazing plugin, I use this with AdvancedPets and can use the same mobs both for pets and for custom mobs in my server.

I made a few bosses that players can build with this plugin, so far had no issues or lag or whatever. Good plugin.

I bought it because of good looking mobs - and I wasn't disappointed. The mobs look spectacular. Very detailed and super unique for my server, players love it - considering that they do not need a resource pack on the server, unlike model engine, so this is really easy to add to the server. Performance is good as well, no problems with that. Overall 10/10

I think the person below have issue with their server, me this pluigin work good. The mobs are good, they have animation of walking and pretty much look super nice.

I use spawner stack as well enabled and it has no issues, work with custom mobs as well. GOod plugin.

There is a lot of false advertising here. The mobs provided are static and just glide across the ground bar one(otter) and those which are advertised such as the deer are behind yet another paywall! this is the first time I feel I have been scammed on this website!

Amazing addition to vanilla mobs. New mobs are really unique and add some modded minecraft feeling even when no mods or texture packs are needed.

The mob movement is smooth, animated - just like vanilla mobs :)

I already requested another mob and author accepted it to add in upcoming updates.
