Changelog:

Add configurable hologram mode for loot protection
- You can now choose to spawn one hologram (useful for servers that have the old death drops where everything is in one place), multiple holograms (default old behavior) or disabled holograms entirely
- Also changed the appearance of the holograms, the text is still configurable if you wish to change it back
Refactored the block elytra section, instead of just blocking elytra you can choose to only block firework use or limit the fireworks to a certain max power
Improved the vulnerable feature to make it more fair when attacking inside regions
Close any open inventory when the player is tagged
Improvements to better handle Folia concurrency
