Probably the last update of the year but it's a decent sized one
I did pretty extensive testing but the new feature does involve player drops and a bunch of background changes, so if you require absolute stability then maybe wait for the next minor update in case of unexpected issues. Or just try it on a test server first.
Changelog:
- Add loot protection on combat kills
- For a certain amount of time only the killer of a player can pick up the drops. After time expires everyone can, this comes with a hologram countdown above the drops.
- To disable set the Loot Protection Time to 0 in the config.
- Huge improvements to performance of spawning combat log NPCs (and despawning in some cases)
- Small performance improvement when using TAB for combat nametags
- Fix and print a warning when some plugins load after PvPManager even though they are declared as soft dependencies. I'm not sure of the cause of this but looks to be a bug from specific server softwares
- Fix some rare combat nametag issues when not using TAB
- Fix an issue when using TAB and PvP toggle nametags
- Fix some small issues related to NPCs
- Some more library updates
