Mob Spawning y-level changes

Changed the y-level spawning of Region Spawning and Coordinate spawning.

Region Spawning:
Now instead of getting the highest Y block of the current coordinates it will get the y-coords of the left click location.

Coordinate Spawning:

It gets the y-level of the location.
