Does not integrate with Vault or any other economy management API and thus is next to useless. Doesn't offer it's own API all that well either.

The dependency on the plugin called "BukkitAPI" is also not defined clearly enough and should in theory be handled by making the plugin shade in that plugin (since there is no need to have the library be a plugin a la Vault)
