Introduced the /genpackage command!
You can generate any package from any folder, even "/" (root) folder. It will scan and generate urls and paths to distribute package.
You will then gen something like this...
https://yourwebserver.com/uploads/airplane-light.yml
Change the "yourwebserver.com/uploads/" for url directory where files are uploaded, and you're good to go! You have your own package!
