Couple Configuration Options and Bug Fixes
- Bounty menu will show bounty name when missing logged player,
- Changed the whitelist configuration so you can force players to only use a blacklist.
- Webhook send-image options works now,
- Auto-load missing names for logged players in async.
- Added default bounty broadcast mode option in the money.yml file (Applies to players who join the server for the first time)
