Folia and TP Fixes
- Fixed a Folia error when running a command as a player.
- Fixed a few Folia errors regarding the handling of bounty entities.
- Fixed a bug that stopped some plugins from teleporting a player with a wanted tag.
- {page} and {page_max} placeholders can now be used in other messages
- Added the %notbounties_current_page% and %notbounties_total_pages% placeholders
- You can now use the item-model key wherever there is a custom-model-data key in the configuration to use item models
