(+) Completely rewrote the old code. Removed any dependency on NMS. Now, unless the Spigot API undergoes some massive changes, it will never need to be updated again.
(+) Changed the saving/retrieving process for inventories. This should fix the bug where players are unable to open their vault.
(+) A complete config overhaul. The plugin will update the old file by itself. You will have to enter the config and configure it again.
(+) Given the ability to modify the GUI layout in the config.
(+) Given the ability to create buttons and add them to the config.
(+) When loading version 3.0 for the first time, it will convert any save file starting from version 1.0. (There are three different methods by which the items were saved before this update.)
(+) Now, when inspecting an offline player, the name is no longer case sensitive, and a tab completer has been added to help with searching player names.
(+) Added /enderchestpurge [timeInHours] - Removes inactive players who have not logged into the server in the specified amount of time in hours. Using a value less than 730 hours (1 month) will send a warning message to the player, who will have to confirm the command.

(-) Removed /ecvinfo command.
(-) Removed /ecvmodify command. Adding pages will now be a fully permission-based system.
(-) Removed the first GUI where you had to click on the enderchest to open the actual inventory.
