Removes Chat Reporting, popups & warnings, bypasses "Only Show Secure Chat"1.21.10, fix minor manifest issue in the spigot jar
This update fixes a minor manifest issue in the spigot jar, where it a paperweight manifest value would be mistakenly added. If you don't have any issues loading the jar, there is no need to update.
The 1.21.9 version is also compatible with 1.21.10
