Made Skyline into a multi modular structure project simply cause I wanted to learn how to.

Much of the structure of the code has been changed, and shouldn't affect the configurations or anything like that.

It has an available API for other developers, but it's a bit redundant and for my own fun. It simply just gives developers access to when players are yeeted (velocity) and arrows are fired when using the grappling hook. There is really no use or need for this from what I can see.
