Requested and added changes:
The config file has been changed, if you do not delete your config file and restart your server it will show up as a new setting at the top of the file without the description. This will not affect actual gameplay but will make it harder to understand what options will be in the future.
- Changed naming of the plugin to contain the version number.
- Added a minimum number of player option for random questions.
