Multiple Worlds
You may now only allow the plugin to work in specific worlds:
- You can enable or disable the multiple worlds feature ("PerWorld" in config)
- You can add worlds in which the plugin will work ("Worlds" in config)
All canceled blocks are now stored in another file called "NoPlace.yml"
