This update addresses some compatibility issues with EssentialsXDiscord, console chat logging, and other minor bugs. (view changelog below)

Changelog:
- Fixed chat not being sent to discord is using EssentialsXDiscord
- Fixed chat messages not being logged in console
- Fixed console error if forcing chat using a /sudo command
- Added logs notifying you if the plugin detects a plugin it has a hook for
- Attempted compatibility fix for LuckPermsChat (this plugin makes its chat the most final say possible, which causes obvious issues when trying to run something after it..)

For developers:
- Added AsyncNonReportableChatEvent (cancellable)
- Added AsyncPostNonReportableChatEvent (not cancellable but contains the final formatted message)
