[+] Added 'AddBlock' command. Hold a block in your hand while running the command to have that block added to the balloon materials list
[+] Added 'RemoveBlock' command. Same as AddBlock, just removes it.
[+] Added 'SetBalloonAmount` command. Type /setballoonamount <amount> to adjust how many balloons there should be when using the wand.

[+] Updated `language.yml` for all the newly added strings:
