Updated Help, Bank, and Config
- Added new functionality to the
Bank, allowing for player to get a styled readout of their bank account using the new solo
/bank command
- Updated the CakeKnife help readout to include all of the new commands that are associated and implemented in CakeSMP
- Added values in config for Bank Readout and cleaned up some misdirecting comments in file
