The plugin works great, and configuration options work. Just one thing, can you update your plugin configuration so that server won't see it as a legacy plugin. Also, please specify API version on plugin.yml file. I can create a Pull Request if You're OK with that.

Good plugin, sorry cooking speed settings do not work, maybe the problem is in version 1.18.2

Maybe my config option wasn't clear enough. The number you put in there determines the number of ticks it takes to cook the leather. Make sure your config doesn't have any 'quotations' around the number of ticks. :)
