EnchantedGangs 1.1.3 BETA (Fixes and updates)

Changes:

Fixed the error that appeared when a player entered the server after joining a gang and subsequently attempting to leave the gang.
Added an automatic configuration and message update system.
Added compatibility with Lunar Client's "Team View" mod (requires the LunarClient-API plugin).
Fixed some errors when sorting the gang list with kills.
Added the cost to create a gang via Vault.
Players won't be kicked on server reload.
Fixed some problems when removing the permission of a command in the configuration.
