Reset the config files and your entire gangs database before updating the plugin!

Changes:

Removed SQLite support to prevent issues.
Fixed an issue with the gang withdraw command not checking if the gang has enough money to retire.
Now the gang reload command will reload the config.yml.
Added some missing messages in the configuration.
Added an option to specify the maximum number of members in a gang.
Fixed some issues with relational placeholders.
Some minor fixes.

Started working on gang wars.
