[1.18.2.a.4] Random Color Change + Lingering Debug Removal
- It has come to my attention that "&x" is a horrible placeholder for a random color because PlaceholderAPI uses that to represent binary and blablabla. Basically it makes no sense why they would do that but whatever. Like it makes sense but it doesn't. TLDR; the new random color placeholder is "&?" which honestly makes more sense anyway.
- Left some vague debug in on accident. It's gone now.
