Changelog v1.1.0 - Spigot and Velocity Support + API

EnderSS-Universal-1.1.0.jar is usable on every platform

It's suggested to delete the plugin's folder in order to update the configurations

Spigot Support
You can now put EnderSS on spigot to perform controls with it or enable new features such as teleport on start or world protections.

Velocity Support
You can now use EnderSS on Velocity without other plugins like Snap! or similar.
