MicroKits -A kit for everyone -----
Allow players to create their own kits to sell, share, trade, etc.preview kitid and cooldown to create kits
using the new command /microkits preview KITID
will open a gui with the items of the given id
same permission to preview kits
Now creating a new kit has a default cooldown of 10, can be modified with the command /microkits setcooldown NUMBER
this requires the permission "microkits.setCooldown"
