This update adds a config.yml file to this plug-in. It should be automatically generated whenever you start the plug-in and you can reload it using /rpack reload-config

With this config, you can choose whether or not the resource pack is optional, and which messages players will get when they reject the resource pack. Check the comments in config.yml for more information.
