Added a config.yml file in this update with the following customization options:

• onFreezeMessage: the message sent to the player when they are frozen
• unFreezeMessage: the message sent to the player when they are unfrozen
• blockCommandMessage: the message sent to the player when they try to use a command
• allowedCommands:
  - A list of commands that a user will be allowed to do when they are frozen
