I'm going to mimic WiseHollow and say that its a great plugin but as long as it doesnt disable the old plugin when updating then it's really only good for adding new ones.

also adding a command to disable/turn off plugins would be a great addition to this amazing plugging

Pretty cool concept. I gave it a try and I think it's pretty useful. Only thing of concern is when I deleted a plugin from the plugin directory, it didn't disable it. A lot of plugins have their plugin version appended to the filename. Updating these would result in both plugins code being active, I believe. Fix that and I can't find a complaint. :) Good luck!
