AggressiveAnimals 1.5.2 was certified for Paper and Spigot 1.20.1

Changes:
- Add internal message to config issues
- Fix issue with tameability set as a default
- Only add attack-in-water-only stuff to water mobs
- Make sure defaults include aquatic mob-specific option(s)
- Unwrap tamability validity check
- Add check for water mobs settings upon build
- Allow misconfigured mob types regarding water attack and tamability
