This update refactors the /voidlevel command system for better role-based handling and cleaner messaging.

● Added role-specific info messages:
- Console → plain text info with chunks queued/per tick
- OP/Admins → plugin info + performance stats
- Deopped players → general plugin info only

● Added help menu redesign with cleaner format:
- Usage: /voidlevel <command> <args>
- Compact display with consistent colors

● Added invalid argument handling:
- Console → shows help if invalid subcommand used
- Players → also shows help if invalid subcommand used

● Improved command responses:
- Consistent &b color scheme
- Clearer messages for set, list, reset, and get
- Error handling for invalid world names and number input
- Make /vl alias show help with /vl instead of /voidlevel

● Updated /voidlevel info to include:
- Name, Version, Authors, Website
- Chunks queued & Chunks per tick
